Thank you for shopping with Samba Kennels Store.
All of our products are printed and shipped through Printful, our trusted third-party production partner. We work hard to ensure that your order is produced with care and delivered safely to your door.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order fulfillment before shipping.
Each product is made to order, which helps us reduce overproduction and waste — thank you for supporting responsible manufacturing.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the product type:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • Europe: 7–14 business days after fulfillment

  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your region and product weight.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately if produced in different Printful facilities.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.


5. Wrong Address or Lost Package

Please verify your address before submitting your order.
If the carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or missing information, the package will be returned to the facility.
We can reship once the correct address is provided, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Samba Kennels Store and Printful are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country.


7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sambakennels@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will coordinate with Printful to replace or refund the affected item as quickly as possible.


8. Delivery Disclaimer

Our merchandise is printed and shipped by Printful on behalf of Samba Kennels.
By purchasing through our store, you acknowledge and agree that Printful may handle production, packaging, and delivery logistics on our behalf.
