Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Samba Kennels Store. Most items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our production partner. Please read the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to start a return

Email sambakennels@gmail.com with your order number, item, and reason for the return.
Approved returns must be shipped to the address we provide in the approval email.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a defect, misprint, or our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or replace the item at no cost.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or size preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Printful-fulfilled items, claims for damaged, misprinted, or wrong items should be submitted within 30 days of delivery with clear photos.

6. Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. For defective or wrong items, we will process an exchange or replacement at no cost after verification.

8. Order changes and address issues

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. We may not be able to modify or cancel after production has started.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost after carrier delivery confirmation or for delays caused by carriers or customs.

9. International orders and customs

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Samba Kennels Store.

10. EU right of withdrawal

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

11. Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sambakennels@gmail.com.
